Although it’s been almost a year since my last visit to Lima, and likely another until the next one, I very much appreciate feeling like I’m still connected to the food scene there through your writing. While the topics you’ve written on in 2023 have been great and no way too narrow, I look forward to the expanded format you mention in this post in 2024.
