Looks fabulous! Not sure how soon I would ever get to Panama City ;) but I have booked a new Nikkei restaurant in Cape Town for an upcoming trip, which I am really looking forward to!
A belated updated! It was ok, not sure how much of the Peruvian elements came through, but a good meal! My son and I both felt as we had no previous "authentic" Nikkei dining experience to base it on that it would be hard to judge accordingly. The cocktails were all based around Pisco, one which incorporated South African Rooibos tea which was great for something different! We decided Peru is definitely on our travel list though ;)

Wow, Cape Town. Please let me know how it is. I’m always amazed at the reach of Nikkei cuisine.
