How would you prioritize Central vs. Kjolle? I currently have Kjolle booked (as well as MIL). We thought we would be overdoing it with both MIL and Central, but having a slight bit of fomo and might try to swap Kjolle for Central if possible via waitlist.
That's a pretty challenging question. How many days would be between your reservation at Mil and Central/Kjolle? Doing the two too close together would be too much in my opinion.
For me, Kjolle felt less cerebral and more playful than Central. So I think Mil plus Kjolle provides a little more variety.
Also, for what it's worth, I actually enjoyed Mil more than Central since the tasting menu was more focused. However, I experienced both a few years apart so it's could've been a product of Chef Martinez and team's natural evolution.
Whatever you choose, you'll have great experiences!
Thanks for the article. Now I know where I'm going to eat on our next trip to Peru.
Cheers

Thank you for the speedy and thoughtful response! Kjolle/Central would be on March 18 or 19 with MIL booked for lunch on Mar 21.
