When Mariela and I signed up for Chef Arlette Eulert’s class at Urban Kitchen, we didn’t know what was in store for us. I’ve been to home cooking classes in Paris, Chiang Mai, and Oaxaca, but this was by far the most immersive cooking class I’ve participated in.
Pork knuckle is my favourite. Your attention to detail in describing the cooking process, especially the unique method of frying the pork knuckle is a fascinating experience. Thanks for sharing Sutee. All in all, it sounds like more than just a cooking class—it was a culinary adventure.
All the food looks so amazing! We will be doing our first cooking class in Mexico City next week. It's something I want to incorporate more into our travels. I'm adding this one to my list!!

Thank you for your kind comment! How have you enjoyed pork knuckle in the past? I hadn't had it before the class.

What class are you taking in Mexico City? I haven't done a class there but did two great (but very different) ones in Oaxaca.
It's a churro making class. We will be making churros, ganache for dipping, and cafe de olla. I'm so excited!
I hope to explore Oaxaca someday, too!
Looks like fun!
