Pork knuckle is my favourite. Your attention to detail in describing the cooking process, especially the unique method of frying the pork knuckle is a fascinating experience. Thanks for sharing Sutee. All in all, it sounds like more than just a cooking class—it was a culinary adventure.

What class are you taking in Mexico City? I haven't done a class there but did two great (but very different) ones in Oaxaca.

It's a churro making class. We will be making churros, ganache for dipping, and cafe de olla. I'm so excited!

I hope to explore Oaxaca someday, too!
